When you wish your friend, colleague or family member to get well soon shows your thoughtfulness and well wishes. When the person you love is sick or in the hospital for a surgery or other ailment it goes to show that you care about their well being and wish them to be back to normal. • Send over a funny card to help them laugh their troubles away and forget about them for a while
• Make a few cookies, brownies or other goodies they like and wrap them up to give to them
Just remember that for the person who is sick or going through troubled times it really can make a difference to get a gift or a card from a friend or family member. It can sometimes feel very isolating and depressing to go through an illness that nobody close to you is going through.
